             BASIC 1h CLASS
 
This programme is suitable for those who are looking for a more affordable training. If you would like a more complete programme (with more therapy, stretches for splits, more dancing) please book the 2 hour class.  
This class incorporates approximately 5 minutes of meditation, 15 minutes of stretching (passive & active), 20 minutes of sensual exercises, 20 minutes of dancing and learning dancing moves.

​Our mission is to help you to become more comfortable with your body, to improve your self-confidence, liberate your sensuality, dance like no one is watching and develop body awareness.

​Individual therapy approach - through the classes our well trained instructor is helping you to become more comfortable with your body, improving your self-confidence, liberation with your sensuality and dancing, getting out of the mind and into the body.   

     PREMIUM 2h CLASS

This is a full programme that includes stretches for splits, more therapy (than 1hour class) & a sharing circle suitable for all fitness levels. 
 The class incorporates approximately 10-15 minutes of meditation, 55 minutes of stretching including a variety stretches for splits (passive & active) and different strength exercises (sensual, pilates, yoga), 40 minutes of dancing and practising dancing moves, 10-15min of sharing.

​Our mission is to help you to become more comfortable with your body, to improve your self-confidence, liberate your sensuality, dance like no one is watching and develop body awareness.

Individual therapy approach - through the classes our well trained instructor is getting to know you and is using her skills to support you with your physical, emotional and mental progress (body acceptance, self-confidence, self-worth, self-love, liberation with your sensuality and dancing, getting out of the mind and into the body)

 We finish with sharing circle and hugs. <3
