An unique psychotherapy method of resolving personal and family issues
Through birth all of us become part of a family. When we take a closer look, we can clearly see many issues within a family (or any other group). What is not clear is that many of these issues were already present over generations. Quite often the participants are not aware of the force that affects them and makes them behave in a certain way. This invisible power that influences people within a group is called “order of love”- a collection of mighty principles which form the flow of love. The result of this love flow is the life energy enabling the group members to live their full potential, engage in fulfilled relationships, provides health, if respected it bring success if neglected can lead to unhappiness, conflicts, illness and sometimes even death. This force influences the fate of the group members through many generations. The method of family constellation relying on the family system therapy reveals the impact of these forces; gives a clear picture of what lies beneath. It helps to see the causes of conflicts and problems within relations and allows the members to set oneself free from taking over the burden of others. This reallignement of the order of love provides a long lasting effect. This method is for everyone who wants to learn more about themselves and make changes in their lives. A family is far more than a sum of its members and makes a whole the same way car parts makeup a whole unit or the plants within a solar system. Part of a family system are: All children (including stillborns, adopted, half brothers and half sisters, as well as terminated pregnancies or miscarriages), Parents and their brothers and sisters, Former partners of the parents, Grandparents and their former partners, Great-grandparents (sometimes), People who suffered a loss or experienced any ill-doing from the family e.g. land taken away. Often there are members outcasted, not accepted and sometimes even forgotten. That kind of behaviour has far-reaching consequences on all members of the family. There are quiet many ways to exclude people from our hearts and our family. We can suppress the sorrow or forget about those who passed away young, we can avoid the truth about the adopted children, keep quiet about abortions, lie about cheating, we can outcast someone for their sexual orientation, political views, any uncomfortable behaviour or for simple disagreements. The consequence of these exclusions can be a burden for the future generations without them knowing about it. For example, a young man can be carrying the burden of an excluded great uncle for being gay. The reason for this to happen is taking over of emotions of older family members (pride, shame, guilt, worry…). Every individual has specific role within a family system and in relation to other members. The parents came before the children, which makes them responsible for them. In case the roles switch and the children become responsible for the parents, the system is out of balance and problems arise. A hierarchy also exists among brothers and sisters and is based on age. In case the second born wants to take place of the first born, e.g. the mother favouring the younger son, this leads to misbalance. Every individual has to take their place within the system according to the hierarchy to provide that the system stays in balance and preserve the order of love. Once the core of the problem is identified and everybody takes their actual place within the family, when the love is free from subconscious entanglement that were present for generations before, then everybody relaxes and love flows again and reaches deep healing effects. |

Whilst we know that gravity is there we cannot describe how it looks or where it is located exactly. It is similar to the family constellations. We cannot point at the force, but it is present and influences our lives.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE WORKSHOP
"We are talking about working in a group of 10 to 15 people.
For example: Tom would like to set up a constellation. He doesn't speak to his father, who has a drinking problem and would like to research that relationship. I have a private chat with Tom for aproximatelly 10 minutes, where we discus the problem and decide which people are conected to this problem. For this particular situation we decided to put a representative for Tom's father, alcoholism and Tom, but also his mother and sister. We are coming back to the group and Tom intuitively picks representatives. It is possible to do this in 2 ways without telling them who or what they are representing, so the representatives DON'T KNOW WHO or WHAT they are representing, or to name all the representatives with their roles (mum, dad, alcoholism, problem...) After the roles are assigned I give instructions to the representatives to feel their bodies and to look at the other participants in the constellation. Then something beautiful happens. The representatives start to feel feelings that are not theirs, but of those they represent. Very often they also start to move around in a particular pattern.
How do we know that this is valid?
Very often the representatives will start feeling physical pain in certain body parts which mirrors the pain of the person they represent. They will use identical sentences and behave like the person they are representing. It seems like magic, but it is not. This phenomenon is explained with morphogenetic fields by Rupert Sheldrake who is a biologist. Every person is capable of doing that and no training is needed. We all use that sense in life, for example we can sense when we enter the room that the people who are there had a fight, or when someone is watching us we will instinctively turn around and look towards that person.
The most amazing moment is when you set up your Constellation and when people who are representing your family members start behaving in the identical way as your family members!

Very often something is revealed, something that no-one in the family was aware of. When I get to the cause of the problem, I start clearing the situation and moving towards the possible resolution. When all the things are put into it's place everyone present feels a relief. It's a strong work that deeply affects the person who is setting up the constellation and the people involved in his life. "
What do I get as a participant?
As a participant you are being chosen for the roles that are going to help you work on your personal struggles and problems, or help you to get to know yourself more. At the start of the workshop everyone sets the intention for that workshop, and the energy works on making that happen it that is for your highest good at that very moment.
