Core Energetics is a body oriented psychotherapy with a holistic approach to integrate the physical, emotional, mental, conscious and spiritual aspects of a human being. The founder of the Core Energetics John C. Pierrakos, MD, developed his teaching on the work of Wilhelm Reich and the character structures theory. The teaching is based on integration of body, emotional and mental aspects of the human being. Benefits of this approach is the involvement of the bodily aspect which is an inevitable part of all human beings. Every emotion has an imprint on our body in a form of a block within our physical body. The body-energy oriented methods make it possible to become more conscious and free suppressed emotions/blocks and reconnect with yourself. Object relations is a method focused on the early years of childhood primarily the mother-infant relationship. Through experience with the mother (or primary caregiver) infants form mental representations of themselves in relation to others and these internal images significantly influence interpersonal relationships later in life. Object relations therapy focuses on helping individuals identify and address deficits in their interpersonal functioning and explore ways that relationships can be improved. A therapist can help people in therapy understand how childhood object relations impact current emotions, motivations, and relationships and contribute to any problems being faced. The goal is to transform wrong life perceptions into life sustaining flow that leads to satisfaction and fulfilling self-realization. Constellations (Family Constellations) is a unique psychotherapeutic method of solving intrapersonal and interpersonal issues. To achieve this a person arranges people or items in a constellation which depics their situation. This display helps to get insight into a problem within a relationship, family, business or other. The constellator seeks for a possible resolution and healing of the problem. Energy Healing - Barbara Ann Brennan method Hands-On Healing and Personal Transformation Through a variety of techniques, tailored to your needs, healing sessions clear, balance, charge and repair your energy field. This work involves working on the 7 aura layers and chakras, bringing them in the alignment and removing and clearing stagnant energy and beliefs that we are ready to let go. It is beneficial for physical problems and disease of any sort which will show in the energy field before it shows in the physical body, accelerating recovery of any physical injuries and emotional and mental state helping to give you the clarity and strength to deal with challenges you face. The session includes initial conversation about the problem and setting up the intention for that session, energy healing in the relaxing position on the massage table, integration and short conversation after about what has been done and if certain changes are necessary to be implemented. Core Cellular Healing combines active living mystic prayer, together with ancient Celtic traditional healing transmissions, sound, music, exercises, invocations and healing incantations. This comes from an ancient origin beyond mind, religion, or belief, from a source of creation, from the heart of God. As the energy melts into the body it starts to expose, release and dissolve anything that is not based on love, expansion and growth of consciousness. Old configurations, contractions and imprints of sickness and disease, old ways of thinking, old ways of being that we evolve past, quickly dismantle and release and are replaced with pure love. Spirituality includes working with our spiritual essence, higher self, guidance and spiritual purpose of our life.
