What is Pole Dance Therapy?
It is a program especially designed to teach you how to really accept and love yourself and the way you are while you are dancing, working out and having fun. <3
How does the class look like?
We start with a short meditation (body awareness, observing our body, mind and emotions) and warm up exercises that are building our strength, teach us sensual movement and allow our muscles to stretch and prepare for dancing. After that we are learning sensual moves on the pole, wall and the floor and then we dance. So you get the chance to explore the movement, connect to the music, and just enjoy <3 because nobody is watching. We end the class with yoga poses for stretching.
This would be the basic layout, but the class is evolving according to the group needs so sometimes we add dance movement meditation, Core Energetics exercises, lap dance, massage in couples, just to name some of them.
What makes it different from other Pole Dance or Pole Fitness Classes?
Our main goal is to teach you how to really accept and love yourself, the way you are, to boost your self-confidence and to liberate your sensuality through dance, introspection, positive influence, support, acceptance and love. But we also do acrobatics, work out, stretch and have a lot of fun! :)
What is the Therapy part about?
Every single women needs to embrace the sensual dancer in her and learn to move from her heart. It is human nature to dance, imprinted in our cells from the ancient times, and we lost touch with that. When you dance from your heart, when your body is expressing what your heart says, then dancing becomes a therapy. Sometimes you will have an angry dance, sometimes a sad dance and then again a sensual one. This program is all about you, it is made to support you in expressing whatever is hidden from everybody and well kept inside you, but actually wants out.
What is a Goddess Party?
Every couple of months we have a party with performances, where every single woman is being celebrated in presenting her inner goddess to the other girls. Every participant is being prepared for that moment as long as it is necessary. <3 Because it is of the huge importance for every woman to awaken her inner goddess and to allow that beautiful and unique energy to fill her life and bring a beautiful resource into her being.
Parties are a lot of fun, you get to meet the other girls, dance and wear some "hot" clothes (if you want to). <3
Contemplation questions and exercises (Premium Membership only)
Every week you have an opportunity to receive an e-mail with questions and exercises. It's a great addition to the class if you want to discover yourself more, develop more loving relationship to yourself and make changes regarding your body image and self-confidence.
Do I have to be fit for the class?
No. All fitness levels are welcome to the class. We start with sensual moves that are not physically demanding and then gradually build strength so you can do spins and more demanding moves.
What should I wear and bring?
Anything you usually wear when you work out. Leggings, t-shirt, socks are recommended for a beginner. Bring a bottle of water as well.
How much do classes cost?
Monthly subscription or Pay as you go classes. All bookings need to be payed in advance!
(PayPal, bank transfer, cash).
Classes are non refundable and non transferable.

I can't come to the class, what should I do?
Please text me to 0874416753 at your earliest convince. If you cancel the class 24hours in advance you will be provided with an opportunity to catch up with another group. In particular situations (getting ill) canceling the class 2 hours before entitles you to catch up with another group. It is possible to use your catch up classes only as long as your subscription is valid.
Expiry date for any not used classes is 6 months.
Class that is not cancelled in time is considered as used.
I am going on vacation, what should I do?
If you let me know 7 days in advance I can move the date of your payment for up to 2 weeks. Also, you can catch up with another group before or after your vacation.
How many are there in the group?
The maximum number in each group is 10. We have 5 poles.

What was your motivation/inspiration to create a program like this?
Every day I meet women who hate or at least don't like their bodies or certain body parts, who have low-self esteem, who are being too critical towards themselves, who feel weird and uncomfortable if they are moving their pelvis (and our pelvis is the centre connected to our pleasure in life!), who are afraid to be themselves. It is crucial for every woman to liberate her feminine side, free her sensuality and sexuality from shame and other unpleasant feelings, to build her self-confidence and empower as a woman. And there is no better way to do that then in the group of women who have the same aim. :)
Few year ago I had self-esteem issues, so I know what is like to be in that place and I know how to change that. Together with my passion for sensual pole dancing and psychotherapy training, it seemed natural to me to create a program like Pole Dance Therapy.
