There is so much fuss about something as natural as a naked body. There's nothing sexual about it, it's naked skin. It can be sexual if the observer starts sexualising it, but in the end it's still just a naked body and there's nothing wrong about it.
For years I was ashamed of my body, not because of it's appearance but because I was told it was shameful to show it. Was that something I was born with? No. That was something I was taught. That I should be ashamed if I was in my underwear or naked. When you get rid of that shame, you become relaxed, liberated from feeling indecent so you can enjoy life more. In the end it's just your body, the only one you have. You can choose to be ashamed of it, to hide it or to learn to be relaxed about it and enjoy it. <3
